Beginner Level (Ages 3-8)

We’ve been searching high and low for quality kid’s yoga DVDs. Turns out, a professional media company here in Venice, California, created a kid’s yoga DVD in 2003 that won a spot on Dr. Toy’s Top 100 Best Children’s Product’s List. Where have we been?! We’ve never sold kids stuff in the past, but once we found these, we were convinced and decided to add them to our inventory.

Leading kids into the magic of their imagination, children learn yoga poses by pretending to be animals and moving to lively animation and all original music. They hardly notice they are getting exercise and learning life-long breathing and meditation techniques. We also appreciate that these DVDs are just 25 minutes long, are animated, upbeat and professionally choreographed .

The DVDs are available in two levels:

  • Level 1 – for ages 6 and up, appropriate for kids that know a little about yoga or are a little older, but still very appropriate for all children’s ages
  • Beginners Level – for ages 3-8, appropriate for kids that know nothing about yoga. Learn yoga animal positions from A to Z.

Each video is only $15 but for a limited time (until November 15, 2008), order either video at ShareYoga.com for just $12 by entering “MyLittleYogi” discount code at checkout! (Buy it here: Beginner and Level 1)
