
I resolve to:
- Practice at least 10 minutes – at home, at the studio, at work.
- Commit to making it a daily priority in your life
- Create a dedicate space to practice yoga
- Cut out the image and paste it on your fridge, mirror or in your closet

Hi Darla,
I have some happy news to share. Since December 31st till today I have been waking up at 6 AM and doing my yoga practice in the mornings, before I start work. I made this commitment to myself and I am happy that it hasn’t been a failed new year resolution!
Getting it done in the morning means that I do it before doing anything else. What has helped me do this everyday is being aware of the inner benefits of yoga – more awarenes, being more alive, less stress. – and, keeping my alarm clock far away from my bed so that I have to get up and cant hit snooze!
It was good bringing this out, and telling you even if it is just a reply on your blog. Thanks again. Will browse through your blog and read more articles!
