Resolution 2: Drink More Water

I resolve to:

  • Hydrate my body so I can operate at my highest capacity
  • Drink at least eight 8 oz. glasses of water each day
  • Carry a refillable, reusable water bottle with me
  • Don’t drink empty calories like soda and other sugary beverages
  • Cut out the image and paste it on your fridge, mirror or in your closet
